Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 19 March 2026
Our commitment
SBIA LIMITED (“Fineproof”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Compliance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are currently in the process of a full accessibility audit and are actively working to resolve any identified issues.
What we've done
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements (keyboard accessible)
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy
- Language attribute set to
en-GB - Sufficient colour contrast for text (minimum 4.5:1 ratio)
- Skip-to-content navigation link
- All form inputs have associated labels
- No content that causes seizures or flashing
- Responsive design that works at all viewport sizes
Known limitations
While we aim for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, we are aware of the following limitations that we are working to address:
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g., payment forms) may not fully meet our accessibility standards
- Complex data tables in the dashboard may require additional screen reader optimisation
We are actively working to resolve these issues. Target resolution: Q3 2026.
